but my second goal I struggled a little bit so I could not achieved it very well because is not easy to upload every thing on to my e-portfolio by my self I think I achieved it about 50%

I achieved my goals about 70%  which means I still need to improve my first goal by prepared well my next presentation.

 I also did much progress with my second goal because I worked with other students as much as I can during this task. I achieved my two goals about 100%.

• My grammar and spelling improvements

The part that was the most difficult for me was making presentation in front of the whole class. I was very nervous and I forgot all most everything because  I didn't prepare well so, I felt extremely nervous and I was shaked shaking as well. But I was very happy with my second goal because I plan planed my task and I followed my steps to complete this task easily.




 I  have spesificaly specifically  made research about  benefits of exercise.



I decided to search something old because I always interested historrical historical places to remember  remind me the past.
